Ye you can do B.Ed separately from any college.But make sure you fulfill the eligibility criteria for B.Ed.

If by separately you mean a BEd degree without an integration with BA or other degree, then yes you can do BEd separately. But to take up a separate BEd degree you have to complete you graduation first. At least a BA/Bsc/Bcom degree is required for taking up BEd. You can do BEd separately even from distance learning.
