Yes, you can switch your career of your interest.  You can do MBA in IT or HR after B.Sc in Agriculture. MBA does have a scope in future. But, only if you do MBA from a known institute, you will placement in reputed companies with high packages.

Apart from all this, you skill and interest will always play a key role.
