For the sanitary inspector, candidates should have passed their 10+2 with science stream from a government recognized board . For diploma course, should have passed their Class 10 ^th with science, Maths and English. Besides this, candidates who have passed their 12 ^th along with ITI can also pursue this course.

Since you have completed graduation you can do sanitary inspector course.
