For pursuing MPharm abroad, you have to appear for the English Language proficiency tests like IELTS, TOEFL or PTE. Also, some of the universities offer it as a master's course and ask for GRE scores. You should check from which country you want to pursue their studies in Pharmacy and then go for the exams accordingly. As in some countries it is offered as a bachelor's program with an honours degree where candidates need not submit GRE scores.
