Yess!!  you can definitely complete mass communication after bsc biotechnology you just need 50% marks in your graduation and  you should have good knowledge  and fluency of English language , in mass communication you will get to work in Journalism, public Relations , advertising, marketing etc. Also you can apply for Doordarshan to set your skills there.
