Yes u can go but not immediately there are some process u need to follow.

First u need to apply for many  businesses schools of your choice for admission to MBA programmes. Once u get selected u will get letter from that university that u have been accepted for MBA course. After that u need to prepare ur visa application to the embassy of ur nation and country once ur visa will get accepted then u can fly to abroad and can start ur studies.
