Students who wish to pursue M.Sc. Data Analytics must hold a Bachelor’s degree in relevant discipline or equivalent from a recognized university. For admission to this course, students are required to clear the cutoff percent set by the respective College or University in the entrance examination.

If you fulfill the above criteria then sure you can go proceed with msc in data science.

Yes you can pursue M Sc in data science after BCA. There are various colleges available that provide this course. I personally think it would be a good combination.
