As far as I know there is no institute in India that offers space science & engineering. Even IIST offers aerospace engg and avionics. So I would advise to see the area you are interested in. If it is space science, see ISRO career sites and what they look for. Do those courses so that ultimately you would like to pursue acareer in it.
