Hi Naresh,

Yes, you can do PG again after completing one under the only condition that you should have cleared the paper for which you had to take up PG Degree previously and both the papers/branch should be different.

Yes, quite possible. That's completely your choice. If you have the money to spend and the energy to work hard for another PG, then your dedication will pay and you will hopefully get it done.
