No you can not do this.

ED/ JBT from any regular institution is totally legal. So, you can not pursue two bachelor degrees from any two institutions.

JBT can easily be done after 12th. JBT course is equivalent to Diploma in Education. It is a two years course. It is required as the eligibility for applying as a primary level teacher.
