For PG in artificial intelligence you will require t have a bachelors degree.

• A minimum aggregate score of 55% at the level of graduation in B.Sc. or B.E./B.Tech. or an equivalent degree with Mathematics as one of the main subjects of study completed from a recognized institute or university.

This is the basis eligibility for Msc. Artificial Intelligence.

This is not any institute that provide any UG or PG courses.
You can go for IITs NITs etc for pursuing this course.
