NLU doesn't provide facility for form correction.  It is advised  to fill the form correctly and crosscheck before submitting it.

Please visit the helpdesk@ nludelhi.ac.in .. They are the only person who can guide you for the mistake you have done.

Write a mail to them stating your problem and ask for a guide.
