Karnataka MBBS 2019 counselling is conducted for 85% State Quota seats of Karnataka state which include 6577 (including 596 for NRI) seats in medical colleges and 2674 (including 383 for NRI) seats in dental colleges. visit http://kea.kar.nic.in/ugneet2019/UGNEET_instructions.pdf

The online application for counselling registration began in June and seats have already been alloted in round 1 counselling. If you had not registered in the first round then , as far as i was last updated, you cannot participate in further rounds of counselling until mop up round for which you will have to register (if mop up round happens which is a subject to vacant seats).
