Yes you can.
If you have high Percentage in 1st year and if thr Seat is vacant for whatsoever reason in Sec 62.
They'll give you the seat in sec 62.

Ok. But i have heard that the seats which r vacant. Jp takes it by management quota is it correct ??

No.
They are Filled only through Merit as per AICTE norms.
