I am sorry to say dear , you cannot take admission in bsc agriculture through NEET entrance exam.

For the bsc agriculture course , there is another entrance exam that is ICAR. ICAR refers to Indian Council of Agricultural Research. So , if you will crack the ICAR exam then they will shortlisting the students after that they provide ug , pg and doctoral programmes in bsc agriculture.
