No. You cannot get admission in IIMs through ICAR score.

The IIMs accept the scores of CAT, GRE and GMAT exams for admissions. The eligibility criteria for getting admission in IIMs is that the candidate should have qualifies 10+2 with a minimum aggregate of 60% and obtained a valid cutoff percentile in CAT, GRE or GMAT exam. Generally, the cutoff percentile is above 98 percentile for admissions in best IIMs and above 90 percentile for any of the IIMs.

The ICAR exam is conducted for admissions for agricultural education and research in India, whereas the IIMs provide courses in management. With the score of ICAR, you get admission into ICAR institutes and other agricultural institutes.
