Neet is only exam conducted to get admission in private or government  B.U.M.S college. Although only neet qualified students can take admission in in the course.

Many times at neet qualified marks also many seats still remains vaccant so in that case authority reduced the original neet qualified marks for the course like B.U.M.S.

So if you want to get admission in  B.U.M.S your focus should be scoring 50th percentile marks which is qualifying marks for general category. Sometime this cut off marks as reduced somewhat more for the particular course as I told this happens due to vaccant seats.
