If you have rank below 4k in AP EAMCET they can offer you seat in KLU for that you have to visit their college and talk to their principal or if you have appear for KLEEE exam which is conducted by the KLU then also they can offer in their college.

For btech ,integrated btech ,and Barch ,the KL university guntur ,andhra pradesh ,the admission is taken through KLEEE exam .However the admissions is also taken on the basis of jee mains and EAMCET also .So you can get the admissions through eamcet rank .But I do not know about whether am eamcet rank alone considered or along with other marks ,so try to search more on this
