PSAT is a merit Scholarship exam which will provide you financial help for higher studies. it is conducted once a year and candidate can appear in 10th or 11th standard.  Admission into university is give on the basis of entrance score. Different universities have different requirement respective to degree and stream.

You have to satisfy eligibility criteria and selection criteria to get a seat in a university.

The PSAT scores are not intended to be a part of college or university admission decisions. So, you cannot use your PSAT score for admission into colleges or universities. it is just the qualifying test for the National Merit Scholarship. PSAT is generally offered every year in the month of October.

Hello, Firstly mention about the college and about course in which you want admission because after knowing the name of both thing I confirmly give you answer but if we talk about psat exam then the answer is no, you cannot get admission through psat exam because that was not send in colleges or Universities for admission.
