Hi, 

Since you haven't mentioned any quota i cant precisely tell the cutoffs because every state has different cutoffs.

Moreover with these marks its actually a tough spot to get a government college. 

However if you belong from UP, then u might have a fair chance to get into a private college.

If you belong to south states its difficult to get a college. 

However you can apply for deemed colleges. You can have a chance there.
