The marks that you have obtained are really less. so it will be difficult for you to get admission into any of the government medical colleges or even in government dental colleges. The chances of you to get admission under management quota seats are also nil because of the low marks as this year cutoff have increased enormously high . While to get admission for this particular course is also not positive under management quota because of the high cut off for this year's Neet's result. I hope this was helpful
