I hope you are doing fine, Yes you can do BTech in Biotechnology if you had PCB in your 12th standard and MHCET as well.

The minimum requirement to take admission in B. Tech BioTechnology is a minimum of 60% in PCMB/PCB stream (10+2) from a qualified board (C.B.S.E, I.C.S.E, or any State Board)
Additional eligibility of either your appearance in Appeared in National/State Engg Entrance Exam/NEET. Submit the Entrance Exam score along with the Application Form. One can also appear for the Amity Entrance Test (AMCAT).
