No you can't.....jee mains is compulsory to get admissions in NITs...and 75%in board exam is also compulsory..

In order to get admission to the NITs, it is important for you to appear in the JEE entrance exam and you will have to have qualify the JEE exam. If you do not appear and clear the JEE Exam, you will not be able to apply for admission to the various undergraduate engineering programmes that are being offered at the NITs.
