Yes you can give CAT after BCOM there is no such issue in doing mba .The main thing is you have to select the mba stream according to your interest If have done BCOM you can opt for HR management .

CAT is th test which is conducted in November end so you have time to prepare for CAT, it will be best if you start your preperation now itself wisely.
