Hi Twinkle,

Yes you can give cancelled check of any bank you want to have the money returned back to. (like PNB, Canara etc.) For payment of special round, there is option of SBI MOPS, in SBI Mops other bank is already integrated into it. So you can use other bank to pay the fee.
