Hello,
Yes, you can skip paying the tuition fee for the seat alloted to you in the first phase of TS EAMCET Counseling. You can can cancel the seat by not self reporting at the college and choosing your online willingness as withdraw/cancel and participate in phase 2 counseling to get a better seat of your choice. You need to login in the candidate portal and choose the willingness on or before the last to choose the willingness. You will still be eligible to participate in phase 2 counseling.
