Yes , you can surely go for MBA after 2 or more years of career Gap.

In fact , to get admission in IIMs , work experience is required . If you have worked for any decent company , then it must be a positive point regarding admission in IIM apart from the performance in Interview .

I can clearly say that you don't need to worry about the academic gap . You can definitely  can do MBA  after you're 2 years of career gap. There are many people like you are doing MBA after taking  2-4 years  gap.
