Yes, you can go for UPSC after BSC Biotechnology.

Following is the eligibility criteria of UPSC Civil Services (Prelims and Mains) :

• Aspirants must be citizen of India.

• They must be between the aged between 21 and 32 years.

• Candidates must have a Graduate degree from any University or equivalent qualification.

• Those aspirants who have not completed the six attempts at Civil Services exam, but have not crossed upper age limit.
