Dear Keerthisree, 

Yes there is an option of lateral entry at Sri Venkateshwara University. 

The students who have completed their polytechnic may write ECET (engineering common entrance test)  to get seat in any college. 

The cut off differs year to year with branch to branch.  As the seats for lateral entry are reserved in lower numbers the cut offs aren't high. You can check it out during the counselling process.
