For pursuing the degree in bachelor of pharmacy from any government institutions, you would require; 

• To be in entrance test conducted by the state governing body or by the University it self. 
• Some of the best universities / college's In India intake through the marks obtained in 10+2 board. Merit list prepared on the basis of that.
