If you would like to go through couselling depending on your rank and caste there is a chance of getting any particular college and coming to free fee it depends on your college and caste according to fee remiburment if your income is below 2lakhs per annum for st and sc and for oc and bc -1lakh then if your income is in limit then you will get 35000 fee reimburment in OC and bc and for SC and st you will get complete fee reimburment no need to pay anything,so if your sc or st you will get free no need to pay but OC or bc you need to pay some amount it's not possible to get free fee other then fee reimburment no such seats exits
