I quite don't undertand what do you mean by linking your b arch percentile to civil engineering , what is the connection between two. Or do you mean that can you get civil from b arch percentile. Answer is strict no. 

But yes if you get enough percentile like 99,99.99,98 etc then hell yeah you will get nit but not civil engineering You will get the archiitectural eng.
