You didn't mentioned the perspective from which you are asking this question. If you are asking about the GYM facilities in colleges, then in most of the colleges the charges for the Gym's aren't included as not all the students are interested to go for the GYM. So if you wish to join the gym of your campus, then you have to contact the Physical Fitness group and have to pay the money required. Also its not necessary that all the colleges have the gym.
