No, you cannot pursue BAMS without qualifying Neet in Karnataka for in any other state.

It mandatory to qualify Neet examination in order to take admission in BAMS as

Neet is the single gateway for admission  in all the medical colleges be it private or government  including AIIMS and JIPMER  for following courses

• MBBS

• BDS

• Ayush courses( Ayurveda i. e BAMS , Unani i.e B. U. M. S, Siddha i. e BSMS, and Homeopathy i.e BHMS ) and

• veterinary i. e BVSc.  ( for BVsc some states also have their own entrance like RPVT in Rajasthan for state quota seats, for all india quota bvsc seats, neet is the only gateway).

You should focus on

• practising chapterwise questions

• then revising the chapters,

• solve at least previous 10 year neet question papers as concept behind the question often gets repeated in the examination so it will be of great help in your preparation  ,
