This is not possible. Please register for the counselling process. Then fill the choices of colleges according to your preference and visit the centres given for documents verification process. After which you are eligible for seat allotment. Skipping rounds are not possible in any counselling process. However I think spot round counselling is done differently (if there is spot round this year for COMEDK).
