Hello,

Yes, if you have cancelled the seat that was allotted to you in JoSAA counselling you can participate in CSAB counselling. Candidates who haven't reported in the college allotted in JoSAA counselling or candidates who withdrew the seat allotted in JoSAA counselling are eligible to participate in CSAB Counselling. The seat allotment will gets cancelled and you cannot claim the seat allotted in JoSAA counselling if you haven't got any seat in CSAB counselling.
