No strictly not. Never try to merge any other documrnts with other documents. It can cause you lot of trouble. See ews stands for economically weaker section and ebs stands for economically backward caste. Two are totally different . ews comes under general category, while ebs comes under backward caste. So you need to specifically make ews category certificate and submit that only.
