Can we surrender all India quota seat in round 2 if I get government seat in state counseling

Dear Vinay, you can opt for Exit with Forfeiture which means you exit the allotted seat forfeiting the security deposit. But once you join the allotted seat/college, you cannot surreder the seat. So, if you get a seat in State Counselling before you join allotted seat in Round 2, you can opt for Exit with Forfeiture and take up seat allotted in State Counselling. In this process, you will lose the security deposit. But if your State Counselling seat comes late and you have join the allotted college, you cannot exit the seat.

My state result come one day later, after the last day of report at aiq round 2 is there any process to leave the seat
