Getting seat in government college through management quota is impossible.

Getting seat theough management quota  done only in some private colleges.

Admission in government colleges in done only on merit basis.

You have to either get very good percentage in class 12th or get very good ranks in medical exams like neet,etc inorder to get admission in government college.

There's no as such rule of getting a Government medical college through management qouta.
You cannot buy a Government seat.
However one can get a private college through Government seat. The only difference is that the government seat in private college has lower fees than the students than the students who take admission through management qouta.
