Hello aspirant,
Yes you can wear palazzo in NEET 2021 exam .
Make sure there is no embroidery,  broaches , flowers , metallic studs in the clothes.  Also DO NOT wear heels and shoes on that day and yes wear half sleeve clothes as full sleeves are strictly prohibited.
Don't wear  any kind of ornaments.

Hello,

It is advisable to wear light color clothes on the day of examination, so don't wear any dark color clothes to avoid unnecessary hassles, also don't wear any such cloth containing brooches, embroidery, buttons, zip pockets, flowers, pockets etc, wear half sleeve clothes only with no pockets, and only wear light color clothes.
Avoid wearing jeans especially those which look fashionable and has Pockets.
