Hey Bhoomika! Unfortunately there is no such college which officially allow use of any electronic gadget in the class openly. Although you can use your handset on your own risk in the class but if you are caught using it, then the it will be upto college how to treat the case. So be care full about these things. But yes you can use your phone during the lunch or break hours.
