Yes , you can wear light colour tshirt , even if something is written on it but yes make sure that it is half sleeved .

You can check the dress code for neet examination for females provided below :-

* f emale aspirants are advised to wear light- half sleeved t-shirts or shirts or kurti or tops with salwar or trouser.

* Clothes should be simple, zip pockets, pockets, big buttons , elaborate embroidery etc should not be there in the clothes.

*   Any kind of ornaments like earrings, nose pins , pendants, necklace, bracelet, rings etc is not allowed

* Shoes, boots etc are not allowed , one is allowed to wear only slippers or open-toed sandals
