Dear Shreya, Maharashtra State seats are divided into 70% Regional and 30% State. The Regional seats are for canfidates who belong to Vidharbha, Marathwada and Rest of Maharashtra. The rest fall under State Quota. Now, you havent mentioned which Category you fall under or which Medical College in Mumbainare you looking for. There are 3 Medival Colleges in Mumbai.  Neverthless, in 2018, under these Categories, the cut offs for Maharashtra have been as follows:

So, with  536 marks, you have a fair chance. Having said that, cut offs change every year and are dependant on various factors like no.of seats availble, no.of candidates appearing for the exam, top NEET score and difficulty of the exam.
