No, according to UGC guidelines, DEB D.Pharm/B. Pharm cannot be obtained through remote education/learning, and any D.Pharm/B. Pharm degree awarded by a university or autonomous institution is void.

According to PCI guidelines, all pharmacy degrees, from diploma to doctorate, must be completed on a regular basis.

With a D.Pharm/B.Pharm distance education degree, you can't establish a medical shop or pharmacy.
