Creating a base in any subject is really very important. For Electrical Engineering , you must know the basic electrical topics and for that you can follow various websites like Electrical4U and YouTube channels like Khan Academy, GATE Academy Plus, The Engineering Mindset etc. Books are also important. Basic Electrical Engineering by VK Mehta and Rohit Mehta may help you in this.
