1. IEM Heritage
2. BIT kolkata
3. IMS

for government college you have two options:-

1. Aliah Univeristy:- total fees 1.60 lakh
2. MAKAUT

there are rated 5 /5 by different students will be a good option for you. If you opt for other accomodations then you will have to pay more 30K along with the fee structure for hostel and mess.
