As the competition level is very high, and the cut-offs varies each year. Your category rank which is 172587 is pretty low for securing any good government  engineering colleges i.e. NIT's, IIIT's, GFTI's, etc.

But you can try for private engineering colleges where you may have some chance of getting admission according to your interested course.
