For biology, read only NCERT books. Focusing more towards figures, examples, numerical values, scientists name, these are frequently asked in exam.

For physics and chemistry , read only those topics which are frequently asked.
For physics do read semiconductors, charges, electric current(numericals), magnetism, laws of motion, dimensional error, pendulum quests, atom and nuclei, ray and optics (dont go in much details) etc etc..
For chemistry ,Name reactions(organic chemistry), all chapters of class 12 th ncert,solutions, colligative property(1 question sureshot).. solid states, mole concept(1quest sure) etc etc..

Nothing expected as important this (2018)year dont go to any website instead refer NCERT .
