Here are the approximate fees structure of the complete course of JIPMER MBBS:

Admission Fee (One Time) - 4000 Rs.
Academic Fee (P.A.) - 1400 Rs.
JIPMER Students Association Fee (P.A.)- 2000 Rs.
Learning Resource Fee (P.A.) - 2000 Rs.
Corpus Fund on Academic Fee (P.A.)- 70 Rs.
