See for B.Arch - Manipal University applications are open now and it is a good university. However it takes through NATA. KCET also says NATA though they also take JEE Main paper 2 too. RV College is also good enough also and you may be able to apply through JEE Main paper 2. The cutoff to be considered for KCET ie. RV college - Nata marks of 2017 candidates has to score minimum 70 and qualified for eligibility JEE of Paper II of 2017 candidates has to score minimum 137 for eligibility. I am quoting this from the official KCET site. Now you have to decide based on the proximity of the college to your house, fee structure, check the curriculum as it is you who has to do the course so you also must do a bit of research before you finally decide. As for my suggestion, both are good though I think RV may be having lesser fees as it comes under the KCET counselling.
